Organizations
An organization is your team in Auteryn. All agents, Integrations, Knowledge, Loops and billing belong to one organization, and each person belongs to one organization at a time.
Organization settings
Section titled “Organization settings”Go to Settings → Organization. Owners and admins can change these settings. Only the owner can change Member governance and Governance:

| Presentation branding | The colors, fonts and theme agents use for branded presentations. |

| Governance | Organization-wide approval rules. See Organization governance. |
The organization ID and slug are under Show technical details. Members and invitations have their own page, Settings → People.
Starting an organization
Section titled “Starting an organization”Sign up with a Google account, name your team and choose Request access. We review every new team by hand, usually within a day. You get an email when yours is ready. See Sign up and set up your team.
Joining another team
Section titled “Joining another team”An invitation email links to a page that shows the team, who invited you and your role before you do anything. Joining moves you into that team: you leave your current one, and its agents stay with it.
If you own a team that still has other members, joining is refused until someone else owns it. Choose Make owner on their row in Settings → People first.
Closing an organization
Section titled “Closing an organization”The owner closes the organization in Settings → Organization with Close organization. It can be reopened for 30 days, and its content is deleted after that. Choose Export data first if you want a copy. See Close your organization and Export your data.
