Organizations
An organization (org) is the shared workspace for your team. All agents, integrations, knowledge, flows, and billing are scoped to an org.
Organization settings
Section titled “Organization settings”Go to Settings → Organization to configure:

| Name | Display name of your org |
| Slug | URL identifier (e.g., acme-corp) |
| Default language | Default response language for agents |
| Default credit limits | Set default monthly limits for new agents |
| SSO | Single sign-on (Enterprise plan only) |
Creating additional organizations
Section titled “Creating additional organizations”You can belong to multiple organizations. Use this to manage separate clients, business units, or staging vs. production workspaces.

Switching between organizations
Section titled “Switching between organizations”Click your organization name in the top-left corner. A dropdown lets you switch between orgs you belong to.
Deleting an organization
Section titled “Deleting an organization”Settings → Organization → Danger Zone → Delete Organization (Owner only)
