Triggering a manual sync
Section titled “Triggering a manual sync”- Go to Console → Knowledge
- Click on your knowledge
- Click Sync Now
A sync re-indexes all content from your connected source. Changes in the source (e.g., updated Notion pages) will be reflected after the sync completes.
Viewing sync history
Section titled “Viewing sync history”Open Knowledge → [your KB] → Sync History to see:
- Timestamp of each sync
- Duration
- Number of documents added, updated, or removed
- Any errors
Managing documents
Section titled “Managing documents”In the Documents tab, you can:
- Search for specific documents in the knowledge
- Preview the content that was indexed
- Delete individual documents
- See when each document was last synced
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The agent isn’t finding my content
- Confirm the knowledge is attached to the agent (Agent → Knowledge tab)
- Check that the last sync completed successfully
- Test with a specific phrase that appears verbatim in your document
Sync is failing
- Re-authorize the source connection (OAuth tokens expire): Knowledge → [your KB] → Settings → Reconnect
- Check if the source is still accessible
- Check the error message in Sync History for details
Content is outdated
- Trigger a manual sync
- Or reduce the auto-sync interval in Sync Settings
