Deploy to WhatsApp

Prerequisites

  • A WhatsApp Business Account via Meta
  • A verified phone number for WhatsApp Business

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Create a Meta Business account if you don’t have one
  2. In Meta’s developer portal, create an app with WhatsApp as the product
  3. Add a phone number and verify it
  4. Get your Phone Number ID, Access Token, and Webhook Verify Token
  5. In Auteryn: go to Console → Integrations → WhatsApp and create a connection with your credentials
  6. Open your customer-facing agent → Channels tab and bind the WhatsApp connection
  7. Copy the Webhook URL from the connection setup
  8. In Meta’s developer portal: WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhooks
    • Paste the Webhook URL
    • Enter your Verify Token
    • Subscribe to the messages field
