Sign up and set up your team
Create your account
Section titled “Create your account”- Open the sign-up page, or choose Start free on auteryn.ai.
- Choose Continue with Google. Sign-up is Google only.
- Name your team. Auteryn suggests a name from your email address, and you can change it later.
- Choose Request access.
We review every new team by hand, usually within a day. Until then you stay signed in on a waiting page. Check again asks whether your team is ready, and we email you when it is. If you came from a ready agent on auteryn.ai, Auteryn takes you back to it once your team is approved.
Your team
Section titled “Your team”Everything in Auteryn belongs to your team: agents, Integrations, Knowledge, Loops and billing. Settings calls it your Organization. See Organizations →
Invite people
Section titled “Invite people”- Go to Settings → People and choose Invite people.
- Enter one or more email addresses.
- Choose a role: Member or Admin.
- Add a note if you like. It appears in the email.
- Choose Send invitations.
Each person gets an email with a link that works for 7 days. The link shows your team, who invited them and their role before they do anything. They join with their Google account and go straight into your team, with no team name to pick. Pending invitations stay on the People page, where you can resend one, copy its link or revoke it.

Your account settings
Section titled “Your account settings”Open the account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Account settings. It shows the name and email from your Google account and your email notification preferences. You can also sign out there, on this device or everywhere.
Next: create your first agent
Section titled “Next: create your first agent”Once your team is approved, Auteryn’s home page asks one question: What should your first agent do? Describe the work in plain words and choose Draft my agent, then check the draft and choose Create and try it. Or pick one of three ready agents with Use this agent. Either way the agent’s first chat opens in the same tab, and a ready agent’s first prompt is already in the box. After its first reply you can take a two-minute tour, or skip it.
