- Create and update incidents
- Add work notes and comments
- Look up records by number or query
- Trigger and respond to ServiceNow events via Flows
Connecting ServiceNow
Section titled “Connecting ServiceNow”- Go to Console → Integrations → ServiceNow
- Enter your ServiceNow instance URL (for example
https://your-company.service-now.com) - Provide the credentials for a dedicated integration user
- Test the connection
- Attach the connection to an agent on the Integrations tab
Example tasks

Event Flows
Section titled “Event Flows”ServiceNow can trigger an agent through an event Flow — for example, running triage when a new incident is created. See Flows → Triggers.
