Auteryn uses a unified credit system — one credit balance covers AI conversations, agent actions, media generation, and voice. 1,000 credits = $1, always. Computer hours are not credits: each plan includes a monthly allowance of them (see Included infrastructure).

Parallel helpers follow the plan too: an agent can fan a job out to 4 helpers on Pro, 8 on Business and 12 on Enterprise (1, 2 and 3 fan-outs running at once), with no fan-out on Free. See Helpers.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free (Pro $290/yr ≈ $24/mo, Business $990/yr ≈ $83/mo).

Free plan

Free is for trying one agent. Along with the credits, computer hours and storage in the table, it includes:

• 1 agent, which runs on Auto. There is no model choice.
• 1 Loop, which runs at most once a day.
• One run at a time; the next waits.
• Computers that pause after 5 idle minutes and keep automatic snapshots for 7 days.
• Computers that can use the internet only over the web (HTTPS and HTTP, ports 443 and 80). Other outbound connections, such as to email servers or over SSH, are blocked. Paid plans have no such limit.

These are on Pro and up, and the Free plan does not include them:

• Voice conversations, in the browser and over a phone number
• Speech, podcast audio and dubbing, including deck narration
• Exporting a deck as a video
• Channels (Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, email and the website)
• API keys

An organization that already has more than one agent or Loop keeps them. The Free plan only stops you from creating another. An agent saved on a model other than Auto runs on Auto, and its page says so.

Launch offer

Pro costs $19 a month and Business $79 a month for the first 3 months, then $29 and $99. Checkout applies the offer for you, with no code to enter, when your team has never paid for a subscription and you choose a monthly plan. A declined card does not count: you can try again with another card and keep the offer. It does not apply to annual billing or to credit packs. The Console shows the offer only to a team that can use it.

How credits are consumed

Agent runs bill by actual model usage (cached context bills at about 10% of the normal rate) plus a small per-action fee. Approximate costs:

A run you stop, or one that fails, pays for the model usage it spent and the per-action fees of the web searches and computer use it completed. A call cut off by Stop pays no fee.

Estimate your usage

A short Q&A interaction costs ~5–40 credits — the low end once your agent’s context is cached, which it is after the first message. A multi-step research task costs ~50–500 credits depending on how many steps it takes (about 60 for eight model calls). Your in-app credit badge shows an itemized receipt after every run.

Video generation is gated

Video generation is available on Pro and up, with a daily cap of 10 clips per organization on Pro and 50 on Business, and a matching daily cap on total generated seconds (150 on Pro, 800 on Business). Because it’s the most expensive single operation, the agent confirms the estimated cost with you before generating.

The agent doesn’t choose how long a clip runs — the model produces a 3–10 second beat and you’re billed for the seconds it actually returns. Longer pieces are built by extending a clip 10 seconds at a time, up to 40 seconds, and each extension bills only the new seconds. Resolution is the cost dial: 360p and 720p bill at the lower rate, while the 1080p and 4K upscales bill at the higher one.

Image tiers

The agent picks an image tier to fit the task. The lite tier is the quickest and cheapest, at 1K. The standard tier is the default, up to 2K. The pro tier goes up to 4K and needs Pro and up. It costs the same as standard up to 2K and more at 4K. You’re billed the chosen tier’s rate per image.

Included infrastructure

Each plan includes computer hours and storage. Usage within these allowances costs zero credits. Computer hours are counted per calendar month and credits cannot buy more of them. When your team has used them all, a new computer does not start until the next calendar month or until you upgrade your plan. Storage is an allowance too: when you reach it, upgrade your plan for more (there are no surprise storage charges).

Your own machine

On paid plans, Internal agents can run on your own Ubuntu or Debian machine instead of the managed cloud sandbox, in your repository and with your own tools. Runs on your machine use none of your computer hours. See Run agents on your machine.

Rendering allowance

Some jobs run in a short-lived container of their own rather than in your sandbox: exporting a presentation to PDF or video, and rendering diagrams. That work is metered per second against a separate monthly allowance.

Rendering costs no credits and uses none of your computer hours — it’s a separate allowance, and most work never comes close to it. A typical presentation export takes a few seconds; the Free allowance covers roughly a hundred of them.

This is a hard limit

Rendering has no overage on any self-serve plan, including Pro and Business. When the allowance is used up, render jobs stop with “Monthly task-compute allowance exhausted for this plan” until your billing period resets or you upgrade. Everything else about the agent keeps working; only the render step is affected.

Controlling spend

• Free plan is hard-capped: runs stop at your monthly credits, and each individual run is capped at 150 credits.
• Rendering has its own monthly allowance on every self-serve plan and does not accept overage — see Rendering allowance.
• Auto top-up (Pro and Business): choose a pack and a monthly cap you control. We buy a pack automatically when your balance runs low, never past your cap. Set it up on the Billing & usage page.
• Every run’s cost is itemized in the workspace receipt and the usage dashboard.

Credit consumption order: your included monthly credits are spent first, then your purchased credits. Included credits reset each billing cycle, so spending them first means nothing you’ve already paid for is wiped at renewal while purchased credits sit unused. Purchased credits carry over forever.
