Twilio & WhatsApp
Twilio powers messaging channels for customer-facing agents — most commonly WhatsApp. You create a connection with your Twilio credentials, then bind it on a customer-facing agent’s Channels tab (which creates an event Flow).
What your agent can do
Section titled “What your agent can do”- Receive inbound WhatsApp (and other Twilio channel) messages
- Reply with text and supported media
- Serve many customers concurrently, each with an isolated conversation
- Run around the clock as a support or sales assistant
Connecting Twilio / WhatsApp
Section titled “Connecting Twilio / WhatsApp”- Set up a Twilio account and a messaging-capable sender (a WhatsApp sender requires a WhatsApp Business profile through Twilio/Meta)
- Go to Console → Integrations and create a Twilio / WhatsApp connection with your Twilio credentials
- Point your Twilio number’s inbound webhook at the URL Auteryn provides
- Open your customer-facing agent → Channels tab and bind the connection
Example uses
