Can I use Auteryn for free? Yes — the Free plan includes 1,000 credits per month and 3 agents. No credit card required.
Is my data secure? Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don’t train our models on your data. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens if my agent runs out of credits mid-task? The run stops with an error. Send a follow-up message to continue — recovery context may include plan and scratchpad state from the interrupted run when enabled.
Can I export my data? Contact support@auteryn.ai for data export requests. Enterprise customers can discuss export and retention in their contract.
Is there an on-premises option? Yes, for Enterprise customers. Contact enterprise@auteryn.ai.
