Connecting Notion

1. Go to Console → Integrations → Notion
2. Click Connect Notion
3. Select which pages and databases to grant access to
4. Click Allow access

Integration vs. Knowledge

You can connect Notion both as an Integration (for taking actions) and as Knowledge (for semantic search). Use it as an integration when your agent needs to write or update content; use it as knowledge when the agent only needs to answer questions from it.

Whose account does it act as?

Connecting Notion signs in with your own account, so the connection is Personal · you — private to you by default. Share it from the connection card (Who can use this), or let each teammate act as themselves: on an internal agent, turn on Acts as each user for Notion and everyone connects their own Notion login.
