Deploy to Telegram

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Open Telegram → search for @BotFather
  2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts to choose a name and username
  3. Copy the bot token BotFather gives you
  4. Go to Console → Integrations → Telegram and create a connection with the bot token
  5. Open your customer-facing agent → Channels tab and bind the Telegram connection

Auteryn registers the webhook automatically when you save the connection.

Test it

Section titled “Test it”

Search for your bot’s username on Telegram, start a conversation, and send a message.

Configuration options

Configure welcome text and behavior in the Telegram connection under Integrations, and in your agent’s instructions for how the bot should respond.
